How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Most packages arrive within 3-7 business days, Monday through Saturday. Once your order has been packed and handed over to our courier, you will receive a tracking link to follow every step. In total, your order should arrive within 4-9 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, we only ship within Italy. Our goal is to offer the best possible local experience. If we expand to other regions in the future, we will inform our community first.
What is your return policy?

How long does it take to get a refund?
Once the return is accepted, the refund is usually issued within 7 business days. Depending on the bank, it may take a few more days before it appears on your statement.
