Cancellation Policy
Please note that an order cannot be canceled after it has been placed, regardless of the reason. This policy is in place for the following reasons:
Immediate processing
Our order fulfillment system begins processing your order immediately after confirmation. This includes preparation, packaging, and shipping scheduling. This process cannot be paused or canceled.
Stock reservation
Each confirmed order reserves specific stock items, making them no longer available to other customers. Canceling at this stage would compromise inventory management and fulfillment efficiency.
Changes to your order
Although cancellation is not possible, we can in some cases assist you with minor changes, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Possible changes include:

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to request a change. While we cannot guarantee that all changes will be possible, we will do our best to assist you until the order has been shipped.
